Data controller

Data collected and purpose

When you send an availability request we collect the data you enter in the form (name, email, phone if provided, dates, number of guests, pets and message) solely to reply to your request.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Your data is not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

Retention

Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle them and, if you book, to meet legal obligations. Requests not followed by a booking are deleted within 12 months.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which also provides the form’s spam protection (Turnstile) and participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Requests sent through the form reach us by email via Brevo (France).

If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s privacy policy also applies. Links to Booking.com and Airbnb lead to websites with their own policies.

Cookies and statistics

This website does not use profiling cookies. Visit statistics are collected with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track individual visitors.

The Google map is loaded only if you click “Show the map”: from then on Google may set its own cookies.

Your rights

You can request access to, rectification, erasure or restriction of your data and object to processing at any time (Arts. 15–22 GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).
